Closely integrated with Sales Engineering and before the first chip is removed from your tool, Prima engineers employ industry leading software and personal experience to materialize your concepts, prototypes, designs, and models into a reliable reality. The latest CAD / CAM software (Solidworks, MasterCam, and Surf Cam) is utilized in house and is capable of reading most formats received from customers.
Consulting with our staff early in development helps identify design, manufacturing, and assembly issues that often can be resolved before undesirable delays and costs occur.
Applying the part objectives into the tool concept and design then directs the application of suitable process controls into the tooling. Some of the process controls that are applied during this phase are: flow dynamics, thermal controls, dimensional stabilization, product life, tool life, and mechanical reliability.
